Dear Lady. Ann:
I’m new to your page and I love how you are encouraging women to pray for their future husbands/ husbands. I am a 30 year old woman who has been divorced for 9 years and every relationship I have had after my marriage has been either emotional or physically abusive. Or men would say they wanted something serious, only to walk out after a 4-6 weeks of dating.
I am now currently dating a 35 year old man who has 3 children from previous relationships and we have been dating going on 4 months. I am happy that this hasn’t been like previous “relationships “. This man believes in God but I think there has been some disconnect along the lines. I myself have had a very bumpy walk with God. However, I have asked God into this union and I would like to be married. I have asked God to show me if this is a man for me and how we can both walk together with God. Please pray for me. I know God is still working on me and there are days that I fail him. And I get so discouraged. But I’d like to know that God has something beautiful for me and I’d like to not wait years and years to know if a person is for me.
