Dear Lady. Ann:
I am a 29 year old woman who is single and yearning for a life partner. I met a good man this year and we only dated for four and a half months. When the relationship began l had so much peace and for the first time l had been completely honest about my family and past to this man. One day in October, he just said from nowhere he doesn’t think we are compatible let’s just be friends. Don’t know where I went wrong and I am getting to a point of complete discouragement. Please help me pray for my deliverance and that I meet and marry the man God has for me. The past two years I have been working on myself to be the right woman of God. Some days l just spend in tears talking to God and asking Him for this blessing.
I am exhausted of giving myself to the wrong people. Some day I think let me just have a baby but something in me keeps saying no child. Growing up, l didn’t believe too much in marriage but God dropped this desire in my heart when I started serving him. Please help me pray that I am delivered from whatever is hindering me from meeting this man, and I am united with my future husband in Christ. While l wait, l pray God will continue working in me and in him, that we grow to serve and honor God in all we do. I need strength, patience and faith in this waiting time.
