I’m kind of lost. I’m in a relationship and I really love him. Before we got into this relationship, we prayed so much and we even decided to put God first and as the center of our relationship and also all out decisions. Both of our families have strong Christian background with culture differences. His family are supportive but my family aren’t, I tried talking to my family so many times, it didn’t work. We prayed so much for our relationship but we don’t know why getting my parents approval is difficult. It has been 9 months. Both of us are struggling. We really want to honor our parents because we have made a decision to get married soon. What happened to our prayers? What is God is trying to do? He’s 31 and I’m 27.
