Happy New Year! I hope you can help me and this is not the most crazy story you’ve heard. For years we’ve been told that someone on my dad’s family side did witchcraft on my sister and I. My parents now know about it and apparently in order to reverse anything, there needs to be prayers done within the family. A number of prophets have prophesied the issue to family members randomly. At first my dad was very keen on the idea of prayers to be done to fix things. However when a man of God started praying in a different city in Africa, my grandad fell and broke his hip. He then needed surgery which went well.
Since then my dad has been reluctant for the prayers to be finished off. My sister and I have been begging my mum to talk to my dad in order for us to be free from this nightmare but my dad is now saying to forget about spiritual warfare as it only exists if you look for it. I don’t think my dad will ever proceed with the prayers but now I’m finding it hard to get on with my parents. Especially my mum. How can a parent not want to fix things for their children? It looks like I’m going to have to pray myself out of this one. Can you please suggest prayer points and verses to help me through and forgive my parents?
I feel this has been affecting my sister and I as our lives have been stagnant for many years. My desire is to be married and start my only family. I am now 31years and still at home. I met someone 4 years ago who I feel is my husband but there has been many weird attacks on our relationship that it’s on and off in ways that don’t make sense. My sister who is 26 has never been in a relationship also, the same thing happens. It starts off well and then nothing.
