Dear Lady. Ann:
So I was talking to this guy for a while (literally everyday we texted) and we were friends at the beginning and he’s the nerdy sweet and funny type of guy. So we start talking and we both got onto the topic of how we both don’t want a relationship but want the things in it (kinda like a friends with benefits type of ordeal). Well things started to heat up and we made plans to do things in person, but we said that if one us started falling for the other we’d tell the other person and break it off. Well not too long ago he broke it off and I thought I was okay with it.
He said it wasn’t because he was catching feelings but now I kinda just feel lonely and I think I actually started catching feelings for him… Like when we did talk and I was feeling upset he would go out of his way to cheer me up. For example I saw my ex with the girl he cheated on me with and I was heartbroken and he was there telling me it’s his loss and how I’m amazing and stuff like that and I guess I started liking him without even realizing it… I haven’t talked to him in a couple days because I’m scared to tell him anything feeling like I’ll just make things worse…
