Dear Lady. Ann:
My husband and I have been married for over 3 years. I recently had to travel because of work and when I got back home, I found an unusual item in my bathroom. It was another woman’s underwear. I know the item belongs to another woman because it’s definitely not my size. I asked my husband about it and he said he doesn’t know. To make matters worse, I have the same underwear but a different size. I had purchased this underwear together with my best friend last summer on a trip to Miami, Florida.
All of this sounds too suspicious to me, but honestly, nothing else makes sense to me as to how this underwear got here. I know my friend did not leave her underwear behind the last time she visited us, so the question I’m asking is did my best friend visit the house while I was gone? If so, what’s her underwear doing in my bathroom? And is she sleeping with my husband? I don’t want to believe my husband cheated on me with my best friend.
In the past, my husband had mentioned how attractive he finds her, but I have always brushed it off. Could they have been communicating behind my back? Honestly, I don’t want to end my marriage, but I just can’t stop thinking about it. Lady. Ann, what do you think I should do? Do I need more body of evidence to either prove or disprove my suspicions? Or should I confront my best friend hoping that she will admit it? I feel so hurt and betrayed, and I wish I’m wrong about this.

#DLATribe, what do you think? Confront her best friend or keep it moving?
